Membership Application Form

To make a membership application to join Milford Cruising Club online, please fill out the following form and click submit. You will need to be nominated by a current member and the application process may take a few weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Alternatively, you can print out the MCC Membership Application Form fill it in and email or drop it at the Club during business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Membership fees must accompany all applications prior to consideration. In addition to the membership fee, there is a one-off Nomination Fee of $100 for Senior and Family Memberships.

Annual fees can be direct credited to Milford Cruising Club’s Bank Account 01-0178-0078868-00. If you choose to pay monthly, this is paid via direct debit and is managed by Debitsuccess.
