• names of yourself and family members if required

• location
• interactions with us
• billing or purchase information
• boat information

We collect your personal information in order to:

• comply with our obligations as an incorporated society including as it relates to grant applications
• fulfil applicable affiliation requirements (e.g. AYBA, YNZ)
• provide and bill for club related services and information to you that is relevant as a club member

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• YNZ and AYBA in order to remain affiliated with these organisations
• mailchimp in order to send you regular club communications
• grant providers in order to request funding for services that will allow the club to provide further or enhanced services to it’s members

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter email contact details or the correct address, we’ll be unable to provide the level of communication required in order for the club to maintain information regarding services or changes to club activities and fees due.

We keep your information safe by not sharing it without your consent storing using appropriate protections for the level of data we hold and only allowing certain MCC staff to access and change it as it relates to club activity.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us.
